    1. How do I create an online shopping cart?

While browsing the Chacon website, you can search for products using the search engine at the top right of the screen. You can type in the product name or the reference number and the search engine will show the results. By clicking on the product image, you can access the product sheet with all the technical information. The button 'add to cart' allows you to add the item to your cart. 

    2. What are the payment options?

As a reseller and professional, you can benefit from several payment methods. You can either pay by bank transfer or directly by credit card. Under certain conditions, a credit line can be granted to you (please contact your sales representative for this option).

    3. What are the delivery methods?

We are currently working with the carrier DPD to make the deliveries. The delivery person will make two delivery attempts.

    4. How do I contact my sales representative?

You will find the contact information of your sales representative in your customer account.

    5. I have a problem with the products I received. What can I do?

    6. I have not received my order. What should I do?
